For a select cut of meat that's tender, I really don't like a lot of seasoning or added flavors - simply a little olive oil, a pinch of salt, and some cracked pepper.
Occasionally, I'll mix in some soy sauce or Worcestershire with a hint of garlic and usually grill each side for about 2 minutes - medium rare.
I know some people have some great marinades though, and am just curious what's your favorite way to prepare a steak for grilling?
