What is your most frequent/favorite Southern Expression (word/saying etc.)? (or your LEAST favorite)

An ex pastor was from Maine. When he first moved to TN he was at someone's house and they asked him "Did you eat yet?" Only it was pronounced more like: "jeetyet"?

I personally like "Bless your heart." and "up in under".

As in: "I dropped my fork, did you see where it went?" "It went up in under the table."

I used that in California and I never heard the end of it. It's like, "when is fixin' to? Next couple minutes? Tomorrow?"

& anything to do w/a "Hot Water Heater" (Water heater; yes we know its redundant)

We just say "Bless your heart" (which infers we don't really care) and go on.
