In Dutch... we have so many wonderful songs for Our Lady... it's hard to pick a favorite, but I think... this simple and sweet one might be it

Dear Lady,
I do not come to pray
but just to be... with you a while
I don't have any gifts though
no requests no
on this day.
I only have, the greatest joy
that I may look upon you.

Dear Lady
I do not come to speak
but just to be... with you a while
I don't have any words though
no requests no
on this day
But keep for me, the great joy
that I may, look upon you

Dear Lady,
I do not come to sing
but just to be... with you a while
I don't have an offer though
no request no
on this day
just save for me, the greatest joy
that I may... love you.

Here's one of my favourites - it's a nice, simple hymn of praise to our Lady, written around 1220. The choir sung it at my parish in May, and it sometimes shows up on other Marian feasts. I can just picture some group of monks or nuns, throughout the centuries, praising Mary with these same words. There's an English version called "Sounds of Joy Have Put to Flight", which is, for some reason, missing the fourth verse. I've provided a link to a MIDI version of the hymn, too.

Concordi laetitia

Concórdi lætítia,
Propúlsa mæstítia,
Maríæ præcónia
Récolat Ecclésia:
Virgo María.

[Sadness having been repelled by a concord of joy, the Church recalls the praise of Mary: O Virgin Mary.]

Quæ felíci gaúdio,
Resurgénte Dómino,
Floruit ut lílium:
Vivum cernens Fílium:
Virgo María.

[Who having been raised up with blessed joy by the Lord, flowers as the lily, distinguishing the living Son: O Virgin Mary.]

Quam concéntu párili
Chori láudant cóelici,
Et nos cum cæléstibus,
Novum melos pángimus;
Virgo María.

[Whom the heavenly choirs praise by singing, and likewise we with those in heaven compose a new melody: O Virgin Mary.]

O Regína Vírginum,
Votis fave súpplicum,
Et post mortis stádium,
Vitae cónfer práemium:
Virgo María.

[O Queen of Virgins, favour the prayers of thy suppliants, and after the course of death, confer the reward of life: O Virgin Mary.]

Glóriosa Trínitas,
Indivísa Unitas,
Ob Maríæ meríta,
Nos salva per saecula:
Virgo María. Amen.

[O glorious Trinity, indivisible Unity, on account of the merits of Mary, save us forever: O Virgin Mary. Amen.]

Sounds of joy have put to flight
All the sadness of the night;
Now a maid beyond compare
Hears her praises fill the air:
Virgo Maria.

Who is she whom angels sing,
Making all creation ring?
She it is who wins our praise,
As on earth our voice we raise:
Virgo Maria.

Queen of virgins, Maiden mild,
Hear me, take me for your child.
Ever my protector be;
Bring eternal life to me:
Virgo Maria.

Mighty Godhead, Three in One,
While eternal ages run,
Look to Mary, full of grace,
And forgive the human race:
Virgo Maria. Amen.

Bring flow'rs of the fairest, bring flow'rs of the rarest,
From garden and woodland and hillside and vale;
Our full hearts are swelling, our glad voices telling
The praise of the loveliest Rose of the vale.

O Mary! we crown thee with blossoms today,
Queen of the Angels, Queen of the May,
O Mary we crown thee with blossoms today,
Queen of the Angels, Queen of the May.

The sun is shining brightly,
The trees are clothed with green,
The beauteous bloom of flowers
On ev'ry side is seen;
And all the world is gay,
For 'tis the month of Mary,
The lovely month of May.

There's music in the heavens,
For birds are singing there;
And nature's songs and praises
Are sounding through the air.
With joy we'll sing today,
For 'tis the month of Mary,
The lovely month of May.

And when night closes o'er us,
And twinkling stars appear,
The chaste moon calmly reigneth
In skies so bright and clear.
In heaven far away
There reigns o'er saints and angels
Our lovely Queen of May.

Hail! Virgin, dearest Mary,
Our lovely Queen of May,
All spotless blessed Lady,
Accept our gladsome lay.
Thy children humbly bending
Around thy shrine so fair;
With heart and voice ascending,
Sweet Mary, hear our pray’r.

Hail! Mary, sunclad Virgin,
Our smiling Queen of May,
All sinless, star-crowned Lady,
Accept our tuneful lay.
We've gathered fresh bright flowers,
To wreath our fair queen's brow;
From gay and verdant bowers,
We haste to crown thee now.

oh wait i do know another one...Hail Holy Queen, i only know 1 verse of it.

It's a version of the Salve Regina:

Hail! holy Queen enthroned above, O Maria!
Hail! Mother of Mercy and of love, O Maria!
Triumph, all ye cherubim, Sing with us, ye seraphim.
Heav'n and earth resound the hymn.
Salve, salve, salve Regina!

Our life, our sweetness here below, O Maria!
Our hope in sorrow and in woe, O Maria!
Triumph, all ye cherubim, Sing with us, ye seraphim.
Heav'n and earth resound the hymn.
Salve, salve, salve Regina!

To thee we cry, poor sons of Eve, O Maria!
To thee we sigh, we mourn, we grieve, O Maria!
Triumph, all ye cherubim, Sing with us, ye seraphim.
Heav'n and earth resound the hymn.
Salve, salve, salve Regina!

This earth is but a vale of tears, O Maria!
A place of banishment, of fears, O Maria!
Triumph, all ye cherubim, Sing with us, ye seraphim.
Heav'n and earth resound the hymn.
Salve, salve, salve Regina!

Turn then, most gracious advocate, O Maria!
Toward us thine eyes compassionate, O Maria!
Triumph, all ye cherubim, Sing with us, ye seraphim.
Heav'n and earth resound the hymn.
Salve, salve, salve Regina!

When this our exile is complete, O Maria!
Show us thy, Son, Our Jesus sweet, O Maria!
Triumph, all ye cherubim, Sing with us, ye seraphim.
Heav'n and earth resound the hymn.
Salve, salve, salve Regina!

O clement, gracious, Mother sweet, O Maria!
O Virgin Mary, we entreat, O Maria!
Triumph, all ye cherubim, Sing with us, ye seraphim.
Heav'n and earth resound the hymn.
Salve, salve, salve Regina!

Immaculate Mary, thy praises we sing,
Who reignest in splendor with Jesus our King.
Ave, Ave, Ave María!
Ave, Ave María!

In heaven the blessed thy glory proclaim,
On earth we thy children invoke thy fair name.
Ave, Ave, Ave María!
Ave, Ave María!

We pray for God's glory; may His kingdom come;
We pray for His vicar, our father, and Rome.
Ave, Ave, Ave María!
Ave, Ave María!

We pray for our Mother, the Church upon earth,
And bless, dearest Lady, the land of our birth.
Ave, Ave, Ave María!
Ave, Ave María!

When I find myself in times of trouble, mother Mary comes to me,
speaking words of wisdom, let it be.
And in my hour of darkness she is standing right in front of me,
speaking words of wisdom, let it be.

Let it be, let it be, let it be, let it be.
Whisper words of wisdom, let it be.

And when the broken hearted people living in the world agree,
there will be an answer, let it be.
For though they may be parted there is still a chance that they will see,
there will be an answer. let it be.

Let it be, let it be, .....

And when the night is cloudy, there is still a light, that shines on me,
shine until tomorrow, let it be.
I wake up to the sound of music, mother Mary comes to me,
speaking words of wisdom, let it be.

Let it be, let it be, .....

O sanctíssima,O piíssima,
Dulcis Virgo María;
Mater amáta, intemeráta,
Ora, ora pro nobis.

[O most holy, O most pious, sweet Virgin Mary; Mother beloved, undefiled, pray, pray for us.]

Tota pulchra es, O María, et
Mácula non est in te;
Mater amáta, intemeráta,
Ora, ora por nobis.

[Thou art all beautiful, O Mary, and there is no stain in thee; Mother beloved, undefiled, pray, pray for us.]

In miséria, in angústia,
Ora, Virgo, pro nobis;
Pro nobis ora, in mortis hora,
Ora, ora pro nobis.

[In miseries, in difficulties, pray, O Virgin, for us; For us pray, in the hour of death, pray, pray for us.]

Tu solátium et refúgium,
Virgo Mater María;
Quidquid optámus per te sperámus,
Ora, ora pro nobis.

[Thou solace and refuge, O Virgin Mother Mary; whatever we desire, we hope for through thee, pray, pray for us.]

I love Ave Maria of course but I heard this song one Mother's Day at church and really liked it.

Mary did you know, that your baby boy
Would one day walk on water?
Mary did you know, that your baby boy
Would save our sons and daughters?

Did you know, that your baby boy
Has come to make you new?
This Child that you delivered,
Will soon deliver you!

Mary did you know, that your baby boy
Will give sight to the blind man?
Mary did you know, that your baby boy
Would calm a storm with His hand?

Did you know, that your baby boy
Has walked where angels trod
And when you kiss your little baby,
You've kissed the face of God?
Oh, Mary did you know?
Mary did you know?

The blind will see, the deaf will hear,
The dead will live again,
The lame will leap, the dumb will speak
Praises of the Lamb.

Mary did you know, that your baby boy
Is Lord of all creation?
Mary did you know, that your baby boy
Will one day rule the nations?
Did you know, that your baby boy
Was Heaven's perfect Lamb?
And this sleeping Child you're holding
Is the Great I AM

I love Lovely Lady Dressed in Blue, along with all of those already mentioned

Lovely Lady dressed in blue-

Teach me how to pray!

God was once your little boy,

Tell me what to say!

Did you lift Him up sometimes,

Gently, on your knee?

Did you sing to Him the way

Mother does to me?

Did you hold His hand at night?

Did you ever try

Telling stories of the world?

O! And did He Cry?

Do you think He really cares

If I tell him things-

Little things that happen? And

Do the angels’ wings

Make a noise? And can He hear

Me if I speak low?

Does He understand me now?

Tell me-for you know!

Lovely Lady dressed in blue-

Teach me how to pray!

God was once your little Boy

And you know the way!

Salve Regina

Salve Regina, mater misericordiae;
vita dulcedo et spes nostra, salve.
Ad te clamamus, exsules filii Evae.
Ad te suspriramus, gementes et flentes
in hac lacrimarum valle.

Eia ergo, ad vocata nostra.
illos tuos misericordes oculos
ad nos converte

Et Iesum, benedictum fructum ventris tui,
nobis post hoc exsilium ostende.

O clemens, o pia, o dulcis Virgo Maria.

Wish my parish would sing it more often. (I can count on ONE hand how often it is sung in daily OR Sunday Masses in our parish in over ten-fifteen years!)
