Impossible to pick one absolute favorite. But this is one of the best songs of the last 25 years. Melody, arrangement, and lyrics are all great. Especially those epic lines:

"I've been trying to get down,
To the heart of the matter.
But my will gets weak,
And my thoughts seem to scatter.
But I'm thinking it's about,
Forgiveness...forgiveness,
Even if... even if...you don't love me anymore."

I really love Linkin Park. Dream Theater is hit and miss with me- but I like that song.

I love Sam Cooke and Annie Lennox. (I've seen in her concert with Sting. She's fantastic live.)

U2 - Pride (In The Name Of Love) - YouTube

The Unforgettable Fire is my most favorite U2 album. It does not get enough praise compared to their other albums. I was fortunate enough to see them before they started the ridiculous 360 monster in 2000 for their comeback tour.

A woman that likes Dream Theater!? That is so cool; my wife likes them too. I am a huge fan and have seen them live about six times.

It is a great and underrated album. I think it is because it came out so close on the heels of War which is the tossup for my favorite along with Achtung Baby.

Ha! I'm actually surprised I like them myself. There was a kid around here that got me to listen to them a year or so ago in a 'rate the song before you' game. I was pleasantly surprised.
