Favorite Season?

I guess the fall season will soon be upon us! Are you all looking forward to it? What's your favorite season? Why?

I live in SW Florida, so it's never really cold here (well, depends on who you ask! lol), but I think winter is my favorite season....the humidity is gone, the days are bearable and nights/mornings are cool (sometimes we even have to wear a jacket! )...plus hurricane season is OVER!

I guess I have to choose fall and winter. Spring is nice in many ways but I don't care for the mud. Summer can be great but along with it comes the black fly season, mosquito season, deer fly season, horse fly season, tick season, flies flies and more flies on top of heat, humidity and tornadoes.

I have to agree,I am a Fall girl myself. I love to wear jeans and tshirts.
Too many things that I don't like about Spring and Summer too. I do however love when Spring gets here,it's awseome. Like a new rebirth,like a new beginning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to live in KY and there, Spring was my favorite season...I feel the same way as you, it felt like a rebirth! After the yucky cold snowy wet winter, the warmer weather, seeing the new leaves on the trees, seeing flowers bloom, seeing more of the sun every day....that was awesome!

Where I live now, it seems like we go right from cool fall/winter into hot & humid summer!

I love fall.....the last of the harvest is coming in, there is a coolness and crispness to the air that wakes me up a bit after the heat and lethargy of the summer. I love watching the trees in the orchards turn color and walking along the river at this time of year is so refreshing - no more mosquitos And I am a jean and T-shirt person so wearing my jeans again ahh.....I am comfy once more

I have 2 spring and summer. I like spring because everything starts to come to life again. Summer for the long twilights and early dawns, being able to run around in shorts and doing all the outdoor things I love to do.

I like the long days of summer, but I also like the cool weather of spring and fall. I no longer care for winter the way I did when I was a kid, because I find our northern winters gloomy, with their long hours of darkness. Plus the roads get icy, and I feel housebound. Once the spring thaw arrives, I'm set free until winter closes in again.

yup, 'Florida=land of the newly-Wed, & nearly-Dead', lol.
hey, I didn't make that up, that's what they called it when we lived in that horrible place for 4 yrs. When I was 13, I asked God: 'Please do us all a favor...'; I better not post that tho .

Favorite season?: Spring,Spring,Spring,Spring...Hope springs eternal, so Spring is perpetual, right?

My favorite time of the year is fall. I love to see the leaves turning. All of the reds, yellows, and oranges. It is amazing how well these colors complement each other.

I love the fall and winter seasons. Fall brings in the cooler air, shorter days, longer nights, rain, falling leaves, the best holidays of the year...then follows it all up with a nice blanket of snow - to be enjoyed of course under a nice snuggly blanket while sipping hot cocoa. That's my favorite time of the year.

I like them all!!!!

Especially this year since I turned 40 yrs old. I am trying learn to enjoy what the day holds, this summer was great, we had a kididie pool that was 8ft wide/around and 24inches deep, I played in it with me 3 yr old and even used a float I got a great tan, I LOVE SUMMER!

Fall is gorgeous with the color change of the leaves and I enjoy just breathing in the fresh cool air! I LOVE FALL!

Winter is great too with snow to make snowcream and wear sweats and eat salmon stew and have bon fires! I LOVE WINTER!

Spring is Beautiful and makes me stay on the lookout for flowers and trees blooming....flying kites in the month of march is something I am gonna do alot of this next year! Birds are great to listen to in the spring!
I LOVE SPRING!

w00t! Bring out the sweaters and hot chocolate, and fleece blankets and great books to read by a fireplace!

I love autumn and I can even appreciate the barren of winter. Actually each season stays around about long enough for me to get tired of it.
