favorite R.C. Sproul book

I'm reading Grace Unknown right now. What do you all think of him as a writer? I'm finding this book to be pretty understandable and fairly easy to read. So far, so good.

In your opinion, are other books of his better? More informative?

I like Sproul but truth is I find Pink and Spurgeon easier going , Sproul tends to sometimes get technical an philosophical , which can sometimes be just what I need , I enjoyed His Book ........ 'Not A Chance" ....... but again I have to be in the mood for that clinical type of thinking ........

Oh, man: Everything. R.C. is one of my most influential authors. What I love about him is that he has a very logical, analytical mind like I do. His explanations and reasoning for TULIP click on the first read for me. I haven't had a chance to read all of his books yet, but I'm halfway through Chosen by God and it's easily shaping up to be my favorite thus far.

It is a great partial preterist treatment of Christian eschatology.

RC Sproul a partial preterist? Cool. I've only just "heard" of him(Sproul) since becoming a calvinist only a few months ago. There are many authors I've yet to read. He's the first I've picked, and so far I like his style. It's very systematic, which is what I need right now. I'm still trying to figure out what the belief system is beyond TULIP, and trying to delve deeper into each of the acronyms.

But that he's a PP is pretty cool. It's what I've been leaning toward lately...since I've pretty much ditched dispensationalism.

Chosen By God was my favorite...course it was the only book i have read by him. It was easy to understand and it was the first book on calvinism that i read.

Fantastic author. You won't find a bad book by him. I just went to one of his conferences and it was fantastic. It was "The Invisible Hand" conference which dealt with the providence of God. If you ever get a chance to hear him in person he is amazing.
