My 3 favorite are all local pastors:

Joe Whisnant, who is my pastor.
Steve Sylvie, who is at a church I used to visit
Perry Noble, from Newspring

I also love hearing Rob Bell, Erwin McManus, and Mark Driscoll.

And Scot McKnight, who is known as a theologian, not a preacher, but still he can preach an inspiring sermon. I heard him do just that as guest speaker at a local Vineyard church.

I probably would like Mark Driscoll, though I haven't heard him yet. I probably should -- it'd be easy enough, since for me he's local. I just picked up one of his books. It's called Confessions of a Reformission Rev.: Hard Lessons From an Emerging Missional Church.

I'm sure non of you have heard of my favorites

Daniel Ledford - Pastor of my church

Greg Nosar - Youth leader of my church

Clarence Sexton - Pastor of temple baptist church in knoxville TN. He also started Crown College in knoxville TN. (they are both actually in Powell TN but its right by knoxville so everyone just says that)

Dr.Mitch Campbell - A speaker at the youth congress I just came back from at crown college, He may not be a pastor or anything but when he preaches at special events it is amazing.

John Bishop - He is a evangelist that spoke at the youth congress and he is amazing and his story / testimony is even more amazing. Here is his site God Is So Good! He has a little video thing when you first go on the site and if you click on the bottom right you can read more about what happened to him.

Now that I have heard Mark Driscoll, I'm definitely adding him to my list. He's an terrific speaker who has many excellent insights, and generally very sound theology except for his complementarianism.

And I omitted N.T. Wright, one of my favorite Christian writers, because I don't usually think of him as a preacher. But of course, as Bishop of Durham, he is a preacher... and now that I've heard him speak, a very fine one.

Matt Olson - Pastor of Northland Baptist Bible College...most of his sermons presented in the college's chapel services are available on itunes

Mike Abendroth - I really appreciate his Biblical take on cultural issues and issues within the church

Chris Rosebrough - A little more aggressive than Abendroth, Rosebrough also has a great take on cultural issues and issues within the church

Russel Moore (not the bluegrass singer) - I think he tries a little too hard to be "hip", but it's still good Gospel preaching

Johnny Hunt - Just because

John MacArthur - three different podcasts and hundreds of other sermons on itunes. I have them all.

Todd Friel - terrible stand up comic (used to open for artists such as Air Supply and Tony Orlando in Vegas), but a great preacher. He likes to portray himself as an everyman, kind of baffled by the deep points of theology on his radio show, but when preaching live, can preach the Gospel like very few I've ever heard.

William "Mr. Bill" Destry - Didn't have a radio show. Wasn't on TV. Never wrote a book. Wasn't invited to speak at conferences. Didn't even finish eighth grade. But there are hundreds of people in rural Kentucky who can trace their salvation back to the day they heard him preach the Gospel. To be honest, I'm a little ashamed that I remembered him last.
