What's your favorite Planet? (Gustav Holst version, of course. )

Mine is Jupiter. I was just listening to the planets and it started playing, so I just was wondering what your favorites are!

My favorite is Jupiter, even if only because of the "I Vow to Thee to My Country" theme.

Next favorite is Uranus.

I'll have to go with Jupiter, though- when the strings kick in in the middle of the piece and start playing that melody (later used in "I Vow to Thee, My Country", right), I get chills.

I guess I would have to say Jupiter as well, with a close second being Mars ( but I'm a percussionist, so what would you expect .. )

Mine is Saturn. I enjoy looking up at it through my telescope (and sometimes even without!) at night.

I remember the first time I played Jupiter to a friend of mine. He asked me where I got an instrumental for "The world in union"(1995 Rugby World Cup theme song).

Anyway, I voted Jupiter.
