I voted Revelation.

The Apocalypse just has sooo much in it. I love to read about the heavenly worship and the rich descriptions of theological truths. It helps me to pray, and it helps me to focus on God and not the world.

Ephesians, hands down. Of course the Gospels are great with the stories and words of the Lord (and of them, Luke is my favorite). But Ephesians is so packed - soteriology, Christian living, Spiritual battle, practical matters of marriage and children and jobs, walking in the Spirit, glorification. All that and more are crammed into the letter to the Ephesians, always a personal favorite of mine.

I love the gospel of John... the I Am's, and the seeds vs. children..I find it to be a very powerful book...

My favorite is Galatians...the Promised "Seed" of Abraham...and the allegory of Hagar and Sarah as the two covenants...

Hagar,Jerusalem which is now=children of the flesh=slavery...

Sarah,Jerusalem which is above=the children born of the Spirit(born of God) as Isaac was...we are the children of promise,Sarah is the mother of us all=free...

I also like Romans and Hebrews....

Wow. How can I choose. I love the book of John. I also love the book of Romans. Revelation is a most awesome read. I just love the bible old and new..

It could change from day to day -- there's so much good stuff! But for today I'm going to say Galatians, in which Paul makes it totally clear that we live under Grace, not under the Law.
