WOTC offers

Greyhawk - The default D&D world created originally by Gygax and the other early founders. There is a gazette manual and what's known as Living Greyhawk, an RPGA campaign that you can play at cons and such.

Forgotten Realms - The higher power campaign world from second edition.

Oriental Adventures - Pan asian flavored D&D

Ghostwalk - A world where the rift between life and death is much reduced. When characters perish they can become ghosts.

Eberron - Coming this summer. This campaign world is the result of a nationwide contest where people could submit suggestions for new worlds, the winner got $100K and had to write 100 pages of background material that WOTC writers turned into a game book. It looks cinematic and a bit steampunk.

Third Party Publishers (here's a few off the top of me head)

Kenzer - Kingdoms of Kalamar - A third party campaign world that specializes in modifiers for different racial subtype humans.

Swords and Sorcery Studios - Ravenloft - WOTC sold the rights to their gothic, shadow realm to S&SS.

Dragonlance - WOTC sold the rights to Dragonlance to a company...I don't remember the name.

Freeport - Adventures focused on a large city called Freeport.
