I watch Disney and ABC family for Boy Meets World reruns. I watch VH1 and comedy central. I mostly just channel surf until I find something good.

Disney... Boy Meets World has been on for 11 years and I still never tire of the reruns!
ABC Family has some pretty good shows.
USA... mainly for Law & Order : SVU
Angel One... just found this channel... it's a Christian channel and has some pretty good stuff on it
SIRIUS SPIRIT... plays Contemporary Christian Music 24/7

Comedy Central and The Cartoon Network are all I watch. With the exception being catching the occasional action movie on FX, TNT, etc. And I do watch some ESPN.

I like Sci-Fi, Fuse, 12 (local/NBC), 66 (local/FOX), 31 (Canadian local/City TV), Tech TV, WB (Smallville), and MTV (Spider-Man). I like CNN for news; I don't care to watch the local news.

Forgot about GoodTimes network. Their prime time shoes are great. Love the Tuesday nite lineup of the old Warner Brother's dective shows like "77 Sunset Strip" and "Hawaiian Eye." Wish they would add the missing one season shoe "Bourbon Street Beat."

CBS for the CSI shows and Survivor and sometimes the Amazing Race,
NBC for Law & Order,
CNN, MSNBC, and FOX.
Sometimes I watch C-SPAN.
Spike for CSI.
