The only cereal I will eat is Mini Wheats. And I'll only eat them with yogurt on top. This combination is sooo good and it's definitely a comfort food for me! A fairly healthy comfort food... go figure, I never thought I'd see the day.

Grapenuts-- toss in some dried cranberries or raisins and I'm good to go! There's a hot cereal called Zoom which is like the whole wheat version of Cream of Wheat, it's pretty tasty also...
