who i like and who influences me grows daily. some people who i've been looking at recently and who i admire are: rembrandt, laura owens, stan brakhage's films, hiroshi sugimoto, gerhard richter, eva hesse, chuck close, kai althoff, sophie calle, etc., etc., etc.

Georgia O'Keeffe tops my list of painters.
I'm a sculptor/high school art teacher and love Rodin and Kiki Smith as sculptors.
I also love cultural art like Native American Art and that most strongly influences my work.
