Jim Carey in Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind. Deffinitly a change in character for Jim Carey, since it was a pretty serious movie (some, but very few funny parts) that all came together in the end. With also good proformances by Elijah Wood, Kirsten Dunst, and Kate Winslet.

I think Depp's best movie was Blow. POTC was great, but Blow had a lot more emotion and variety, IMHO.
