Fatima question

So I was reading this

Just your usual run of the mill RCC bashing which we have all heard before.
But I noticed the following words, attributed to Mary at Fatima

'God wishes to establish in the world devotion to my immaculate heart. My immaculate heart will be your refuge and the way to lead you to God'.

Now I know that

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me".

So are there now two ways to God?

I would very much like a Roman Catholic perspective on this.

God does not necessarily mean Father. She most likely means the Trinity as a whole (ie, God). At least, that's how I've always thought of it...well, anything that uses the word God when used in Christianity.
Mary leads us to Jesus who in turn allows us to come to the Father.

BTW, the "Gopsel According to Rome" picture is incorrect. None of those things save us, only true grace. The sacraments are necessary for those who realize that they were instituted by Christ. They confer actual grace (meaning we don't have to guess or hope that they do).
Also, judgement comes before purgatory, God purges the soul after judging it worthy of heaven but still not quite ready (to be brief, because I'm leaving for dinner right now).

I still don't understand why Mary has a role to play at all.
Why go to Mary when we can go straight to Jesus?

We can go straight to Jesus, and we often do
I just think it's nice to talk to His mom (who is likewise our mother due to our brotherhood with the "beloved disciple" in the Johannine Gospel), and ask her to help me get to know Him more and show me to His house. That's the easiest way for me to explain how I feel using metaphor.
Dinner was nice...well, as nice as it can be for college dorm food.

This is a public forum, I doubt repentant was being malicious! If I would have said that then maybe I could see it construed that way, but really you should relax a bit this is a debate forum afterall...Maybe not the place for sensitive types...
