  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Ok as Father's Day gets close I'm asking if you can keep me in your prayers. This year I have lost a child to a miscarriage and another by loving a woman and her child who left me. Father's day is going to be a hard one this year so please pray for me to have strength to see past the pain and thank the good Lord for what I have and for what I am going to achieve.

I too know the heartache of losing a child. It is something I think that we as humans will never get over, it is difficult and right now you need the comfort of prayer. I want you to know that I am praying for you. I pray that you may get the added strength that you deserve and that you may be surrounded by the light of our Lord. If you ever need to talk I am only a click away...love and blessings and a great many prayers for you...
