I am going to post my fanfics here, bare with me cause its been a while since I wrote a fanfic. My favorite RPG game on PS One, plus one my 1st PS One games and the only F.F. game I play. lol So I decided to write fan fiction on it. Heres some characters I and their bios should help a bit in case your reading this and never play the game before. Storyline: I would like to be after the game ends, like what happens next.

Squall Lionheart
Weapon: Gunblade

Special Skill: Renzokuken
Uses a sword called the Gunblade, this is a rare weapon that takes many years to master and is therefore is rarely used. With his gunblade, he can unleash a special skill, Renzokuken, a deadly series of punishing attacks sometimes followed by a powerful ending move. Squall is seen as a slient, cold person. Having this persceived image is fine by him, but thanks to Rinoa as well as his friends, he starts to lighten up a bit. Cause of some events he later falls in love with Rinoa. When he was born, Squall was sent to the orphanage where she was raise by Matton aka Sorceress Edea.

A member of the Timber resitance group "Forest Owls," Rinoa fights against the Galbadian President, Vinzer Deling, whose dictatorship has cause great suffering in her homeland for fat too long. Rinoa is very emotional, and tends to go with her gut feeling when acting. Her best friend is her dog, Angelo, who often rushes into battle to help her when she's in trouble. Cause of events she joins Squall in battle and later falls in love with him. Rinoa is the daughter of General Caraway and was not raise at the orphanage like the others.

A show a snob in Balamb Garden. With his friends Fujin and Raijin (either taken) he acts like the Garden's Disciplinary Committee. Seifer and Squall are the only Gunblade users at Balamb Garden. The two have a heated rivalry that leads them in trouble sometimes. When he was young he was sent to the orphanage where she was raise by Matton aka Sorceress Edea like Squall and the others. He then went and live in Balamb Garden like Squall and Quistis.

Master of close-combat fighting skills, uses kicks and punches to defeat his enemies. Zell has a great passion for the hot dogs that are sold in Balamb Garden's cafetria. Never one to cause problems with others, Zell's abundant energy, wild temper, adn reactionary style sometimes gets him into trouble. People in his hometown of Balamb view him as a "comic-bookish" type of hero, or kluzy, poorly behaved person. Zell was also live at the orphanage where she was raise by Matton aka Sorceress Edea like Squall and the others, but he was adopted by the Dinchts and later raise in Balamb and then went to Balamb Garden.

When she was young she lived in the orphanage where she was raise by Matton aka Sorceress Edea along with Squall and the others. Later she move and live at Balamb Garden.

However when place in a pressure situation. he tend to shed his tough exterior and quickly loses his composure. He might be a lady's man but he has deep feelings for Selphie since they were little kids from the orphanage where they was raise by Matton aka Sorceress Edea along with Squall and the others. But he was sent to Galbadia Garden and live there until he join Squall and the others.

A energic man with a big heart, a bit of a klutz, he's a strong leader. He use to serve the Galbadian Army but left. Did a little writing for the magazine "Timber Maniacs", and marry Raine, the woman took care of him after his last battle as a Galbadian Soldier. He became President of Esthar and Kiros and Ward help him, also is father of Squall but due to war and other events along with the kidnaping of Ellone, Laguna wasn't there when Raine gave birth to Squall and sadly Raine die after Squall's birth and Squall was send to the orphanage and raise by Matton aka Sorceress Edea.

Edea inherited Sorceress Power at the time Ellone was taken from the orphanage. She was know as Matton by Squall, Selphie, Zell, Seifer, Quistis, and Irvine and she raise them until all went there separate ways. Most of kids forgot cause of the GFs exept for Seifer and Irvine. Edea was then by possess by Sorceress Ultimecia, a Sorceress from the future. Squall and the other broke the hold Ultimecia had on Edea and she was able to become her normal self. She and her husband Cid were the ones who created the Gardens. Cid runs Balamb Garden as headmaster. This picture is what she look when evil, now he wears a black dress and has her hair down.

Here are the list of rooms in the Balamb Garden:
1st Floor
Domitory- Bedrooms are located here. SeeD have single bedrooms while students have to share with a roomate.
Parking- Any and all vehicles used by SeeD are stored here.
Training Center- A area kinda looks like something from Jurassic Park where you can train by battling the monsters that roam freely in there.
Library- Find useful information here.
Front Gate- The exit of the Garden if your not driving a car.
Infirmary- Where you get treated if you get injury by Dr. Kadowaki.
Quad- Home of the Garden Festival and where SeeD hang out and relax some.
Cafeteria- Where you eat, hot dogs are the favorite food of the Garden, they go very fast.

2nd Floor
Classrooms- All classrooms are located in the 2nd floor.

3rd Floor
Cid's Office- Where Cid works at and where the controls on moving the Garden are at, Nida pilots the Garden.

Raine: Laguna's secret love, he seldom revealed the fact that she married him once she passed away. A very conscientious woman and an ideal mother, her loss affected both Laguna and Ellone profoundly. Evidence points to her being Squall's mother.

Ma Dincht: Zell's matronly foster mother who always keeps his room neat just in case he decides to come back.

I know I post a map of the FF8 world but here are some descriptions of some of the places:

Balamb A port town on a tiny continent whose main attraction is Balamb Garden (see next entry). The town contains a hotel, a rental place, and a train station to Timber. Zell also lives in this town.

Balamb Garden The building was originally a shelter built by the Centra people; it has the ability to completely lift up and travel independently by way of an energy barrier acting like a hovercraft. The Garden was started by Cid and Edea Kramer as a military academy to train people from the ages of 5 to 20; their purpose is to destroy the Sorceress. The main funding was provided by NORG, who suggested that to pay off the debt the SeeDs who graduated from Garden should be hired out as mercenaries to any faction who required it. The Garden is a self-contained city; places to visit include the Library, Infirmary, Training Center, Dormitory, Cafeteria, Quad, and Parking Lot. The Headmaster's Office is on the third floor and the classrooms are on the second floor. The flight mechanisms are on the MD Level and the Master's Room, where NORG lives, is in the first basement. This is basically the headquarters for Squall and Quistis, and later Zell and Selphie as well.

Centra Excavation Site The name for the Lunatic Pandora when Laguna is exploring it when he was in the army.

Centra Ruins The ancient home of the semi-benign king Odin is also teeming with Tonberries. The gargoyle statues play an important part in unlocking this dungeon's secret.

Chocobo Forests All different, these puzzles are sometimes kind of tough to beat. When you win, you'll get a Chocobo. A Chicobo will follow its mom around the world map.

Chocobo Sanctuary A place where all chocobos are always welcome. A cute little Chicobo will give you his card if you've become a chocobo master.

D-District Prison The place made by Deling to punish rebels was transformed into Edea's playpen when she took over. Seifer captured Squall and friends and tried to torture them here. Ward worked here as a janitor several months after the accident which impaired his larynx. The cells are removable and can be carried directly to the torture chamber by means of a giant crane-like device.

Deep Sea Research Center An abandoned underwater site, originally built to research Draw effects; evidence of something very strange was found fathoms deep and this edifice was built to find out what it is. No one survived. It turns out to be infested with monsters and once the home of Bahamut as well as the dreaded Ultima Weapon.

Deling City Named after Galbadia's dictator, it's the capital of his empire. A large, sprawling city which houses a Presidential Residence for Deling, Caraway's Mansion, a Shopping Arcade, and the Galbadia Hotel. As well, trains head to all over from Deling Station. This was the site of Edea's coronation and a botched attempt at assassinating her.

Dollet A port city on the western continent, Dollet was attacked by Galbadian soldiers in a successful attempt to restart its communication tower. The pub owner is an avid card player; the Card Queen's son and father live in a small apartment near the southern side. It also has the requisite shops, inn, and vehicle rentals. This was the site of Squall's field test.

East Academy A train station near Galbadia Garden.

Edea's House The former Kramer Orphanage is now rundown and abandoned. Edea and Cid return there when she regains her memory and personality. It's a central location in the minds and souls of its former residents.

Esthar City The futuristic city of Esthar is one of the largest in any RPG. The crisscrossing skyroads are home to a wealth of peaceful people, as well as Dr. Odine's Lab, the Presidential Residence, an airstation (where the Ragnarok can dock) and a shopping mall, while special floaters take travelers through tubes to get everywhere with the minimum of trouble. The entire continent is hidden from view by means of a giant force field.

Fire Cavern The former home of GF Ifrit and other fire creatures, this is the place where most SeeD candidates go before their field test to try out their skills.

Fishermans Horizon A village on the water, located halfway between Balamb and Esthar. All of the citizens used to work for Esthar before Sorceress Adel came and wreaked havoc; they escaped to FH, as they call it. The name was made up by the Master Fisherman who lives there, but supposedly it doesn't mean anything. Mayor Dobe is an avid pacifist; he used to be a nuclear specialist in Esthar. The Grease Monkey knows the Artisan from Shumi Village. Martine retires here as well after the Galbadian takeover.

Galbadia Garden Another movable shelter like Balamb Garden and started by Cid as well. The headmaster was Martine, who was ignominiously dumped when Edea took over and the Garden was made into her own headquarters. The Garden's very into sports, with a mean ice rink and tennis court. The SeeDs there use giant flying machines (very mech-like) for battle. Irvine was sent here for starters, but wasn't there long before he was commissioned to Squall. The Garden was sent to attack Balamb Garden in an epic battle which tested Squall's leadership skills to the max, but Squall and Balamb Garden won.

Great Salt Lake A frozen wasteland in western Esthar holds the only entry into the force field surrounding the continent.

Horizon Bridge The bridge connecting Fishermans Horizon and Esthar.

Lunar Base A pathway to the stars, which uses cryogenics to shuttle people to a settlement on the moon, where scientists monitor the dormant form of Sorceress Adel. Piet is the leader on the moon.

Lunatic Pandora A giant stone, excavated years ago for traces of its power. It helps draw the monsters to earth in a Lunar Cry. The secret to piloting it was devised by Dr. Odine and Laguna, but Galbadians stole it and drove it to Tear's Point, causing a Lunar Cry. Laguna explored this during his prime as a Galbadian soldier; a confrontation with Esthar troops ended in tragedy for his men.

Missile Base Galbadia's development facility has the capacity to decimate a city - as it demonstrates by torching Trabia Garden. Selphie does her best to try to stop the missiles, but sometimes your best just isn't enough...

Shumi Village An village 323 meters underground in the northern continent is populated by the peaceful Shumi people. The Shumis evolve as they grow older and their appearance changes to suit their hearts; most become Elders or Moombas. The current Elder is very wise but sometimes way too down-to-earth - at least for his poor Assistant. The Shumis refer to themselves in third person, and only by their occupations. It's home to the Artisan, Specialist, and Sculptor as well. Laguna's statue is being built here.

Sorceress Memorial A large edifice, standing in southern Esthar; its purpose isn't clear, but that's where they want to seal Rinoa's powers when she had them.

Tear's Point A place of great magical (or something like it) significance, it also has the power, under certain circumstances, to cause a Lunar Cry. The Solomon Ring was found here, and the Lunatic Pandora was guided there by Galbadian forces.

Timber A city desperately trying to rebel against Galbadia's iron rule. Timber houses tons of rebel factions who just don't seem to be able to make a dent in the dictatorship. It's also the home of Timber Maniacs, the worldwide publishing firm where Laguna made his mark. It's a train center, with trains heading to several spots on the continent and off it. Rinoa's known Mrs. DiMarco, the inn owner, for years.

Tomb of the Unknown King As the name implies, a dead king is buried here. It's supposedly bad luck to name them, so it hasn't. This maze was also once the home of the Minotaur (in his own element, I guess) and his brother, Sacred. It's used as the test to see if Squall and his friends are worthy to meet Caraway.

Trabia Garden Selphie hails from the third Garden. Not much is known about it, since the first time the group seen it is when it's already in ruins from Galbadia's missiles. There's a gargoyle statue at the entrance, and a basketball court.

White SeeD Ship Edea's orphanage was relocated here for a while, until the orphans began to pilot it themselves and Edea was lost from history. Ellone was rescued by them to evade Galbadian guards, but she left with the Esthar ships during a bloody battle.

Winhill Laguna spent some time here fighting monsters after his stint in the Galbadian army. This is where he met Raine and Ellone. Kiros came to visit him not long after he moved in and convinced him to try out Timber Maniacs for a living. Laguna spent many years afterwards searching for Ellone, who was captured by Esthar soldiers. A millionaire lives in this otherwise bucolic town; a Chocobo patch has also grown up over the years

Draw- Basically, Draw is a method of getting magic out of something: either an enemy (who carries unlimited spells) or special Draw Points. To Draw, a character must use the Draw command.
Garden - Garden means two things: the organization which trains SeeDs, and the places where this organization has its headquarters. There are three Gardens throughout the world: Balamb, Trabia, and Galbadia. Gardens have neutral status and do not belong to any government. Balamb and Galbadia Gardens are built on old Centra shelters, which have the capability of flight (or at least hovering) in emergencies.
Guardian Force - Also known as GFs, these are powerful, magical creatures who live secretly throughout the world. They have the ability to be Junctioned to human hosts, giving them boosted abilities, extra powers, and the ability to use para-magic. Often GFs will not go along with humans until they've proven their worth.
Sorceress - It's said that the great wizard Hyne gave half of his power to the sorceresses. They can use innate magic (whereas everyone else has to rely on Dr. Odine's para-magic). However, they can't die before passing on their powers to another female, making her a sorceress. In addition, every sorceress who ever lived is susceptible to a kind of mind control exhibited by Ultimecia, a sorceress from the far future.
Junction - Basically used instead of the word "equip". GFs can be Junctioned to humans; magic spells can be Junctioned to stats to increase them; and abilities can be Junctioned to humans. (Magic and abilities can only be Junctioned if a GF is already Junctioned.)
Lunar Cry - Every few thousand years, for some unimaginable reason, the moon (which is covered in very nasty monsters) gets close enough to the earth so that the monsters can actually leap through space and land on the earth and completely pulverize a section of it. This phenomenon is called the Lunar Cry.
Magic - It didn't have to be explained; it was just there, as befits a fantasy game. However, as the ideas in the game matured, magic had to be explained away. In FF8, magic was actually called para-magic and could only be used via Junctioned Guardian Forces. (The process of drawing out para-magic was invented by Dr. Odine.)
Gil - Gil is the unit of currency in all FF games. Gil is apparently a very tough coin.

Antidote - Cures Poison status

Bomb Spirit - Use to teach GF Kamikaze ability

Cottage - Characters outdoors can rest in this.
A cottage also heals the characters as well as GFs.

Echo Screen - Cures Silence status.

Elixir - Restores energy and removes all status effects as well.

Eye Drops - Cures Blind status.

Gysahl Greens - summons Boko the Chocobo.

Soft - Cures Petrify status.

Holy Water - Cures Zombie status.

Phoenix Pinion - Summons Phoenix in battle.

Remedy - Heal most status problems.

Tent - Characters outdoors can rest in this.
Tent only heals the characters, not the GFs.

Potion - Heals a small amount of energy.

Guardian Forces aka GFs are creatures that are summon to help the characters in battle. Here are some info on the GFs:

Quezacotl
Attack: Thunder Storm
Quezacotl is the thunder GF who attacks with thunder, whoever has this GF can turn some monsters into cards with the Card skill.

Shiva
Attack: Diamond Dust
Shiva is the ice GF who attacks with ice, whoever has this GF can cast a special spell know as Doom, which causes a slow death to a monster.

Ifrit
Attack: Hades Fire
Ifrit is the fire GF who attacks with fire, whoever has this GF will be stronger then normal.

Siren
Attack: Silent Song
Siren's attack causes oppenents to become silent, meaning they cannot use magic. Whoever has this GF can use a skill can Treatment that can cure someone from ill effects like poison.

Brothers (Sacred and Minotaur)
Attack: Brotherly Love
Two GFs but attacks as one, these brothers are earth GFs that attack with earth. Whoever has this GF can use a skill call Defend, which enables that person to avoid damage from any attack.

Diablos
Attack: Dark Messenger
Diablos uses a non-elemental attack, his attack looks like a dark energy ball throw at the enemies. Whoever has GF can use a skill call Mug, which allows them to steal a item from enemies when that person attacks them.

Carbuncle
Attack: Ruby light
Carbuncle's attack is not really a attack, instead it casts Reflect on the whoever has this GF and that person's allies in battle. Reflect cause spells to return to the one who casts it. Whoever has this GF can use the skill Counter, gives the character has this GF the chance to counterattack an enemy when they attack.

Leviathan
Attack: Tsunami
Leviathan is the water GF who uses water to attack. Whoever has this GF has use the skill Recover, which restores energy to a single character without using magic.

Pandemona
Attack: Tornado Zone
Pandemona is a wind GF who attacks with wind. Whoever has this GF can become faster in battle then normal.

Cerberus
Attack: Counter Rockets
Ceberus' attack is not a real attack, it triples whoever has this GF as well as that person's allies' magic when they use magic. Whoever has this GF can become faster in battle then normal.

Alexander
Attack: Holy Judgement
Alexander is a holy GF who attacks with holy magic. Whoever has this GF can use the skill Revive, which can bring back an ally if they get KO in battle.

Doomtrain
Attack: Runaway Train
