CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Heavenly Father, I stand with my brother, Avidan, and ask that his mother be settled in her spirit as she visits her son's home. Let the visit go well with all involved and his mother leave Avidan's home with a sense of wanting the spirit-filled life she sees in her son. Give peace to Avidan that you are with him through his struggles with the tensions that may be between him and his mother and that you have a plan concerning both of them. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Thanks you guys! Everything went great so far. However she is coming back in a few hours. I love her very much, and I know that she loves me more than I may ever know
She is just very concerned about material things, especially money
and I dont like her pushing her fears off on me
she always worries about nothing and everything
and unfortunately we never had the kind of relationship to talk about this kind of stuff
. Her and I have always been on a superficial level
and I was always the middle man between her and my dad since they divorced when I was around 5 or so. Your Prayers were right on though. Thank you!
