And more generally speaking it about those doing things in His name or that they say is by Him when they and it are not truly, etc...The "sin" in that passage is clear... It was those who were calling upon and doing many mighty and wonderful (to others) powerful works (supposedly) in His name, and yet were more than likely still in sin, etc, though I don't know how much that latter part really had to do with it or not, apart from their doing and/or performing or (supposedly) doing many mighty and wonderful powerful works in (supposedly) His name, or by or through or by Him, etc...
The sin seems to be pretty clear that they were really not, etc... And is the sin God is or was concerned with the most, etc...
It is a warning specifically to those doing powerful and mighty works or supernatural works in His name, not just "specifically about general sinners being in just general sin itself" or generally...
It does not mean and is not talking about that at all (in that passage), etc...
So you are misapplying it and misinterpreting it and are intending to deceive, or you are not using the truth in truth, which is a sin in itself BTW...
God Bless!
Jesus says He "never" "knew" those ones... not His children and are not, nor were ever His, etc...
This would probably be because they were either not telling or preaching the truth, or that they are not, or never were, of His Spirit in their hearts, etc...
It is not just about sin in general or about general sinners and their general sin(s) in general, etc...
That is a flat out lie, etc...
And it is deceiving, and not teaching nor preaching truth, etc...
Which is a big sin BTW, etc...
God Bless!
