Good thread, lucaspa. On a related note, does anyone have thoughts as to why creationists, who tend to hold that there is an objective right and wrong, reject relativism, etc, suddenly do a 180 degree turn and argue that reality is subjective and plastic when it comes to science?

It's really simple. The evidence always favors creationists

until the evidence stops favoring them, at which point they start saying that it's not really about the evidence anyway, but about different interpretations of the same evidence.
