That ,ay all be true. I don't know. But reading the article linked by the OP, the very first statement declared false by the fact checker was Vance saying:
"We've got 20, 25 million illegal aliens who are here in the country."
Now, for that statement to be false, the fact checker would have to say something along the lines of, "according to the Department of Homeland security there are only XX illegal aliens in the country", with XX being some number less than 20 million. But rather than that, the fact checker goes off on some long grotesque red herring about "encounters" and "got aways" and "admissions", none of which have anything to do with the statement made by Vance.
So, Vance claims that we have 20 to 25 million illegal aliens in the country. The fact checker does not tell us how many illegal aliens are in the country but declares the statement false. At that point I stopped reading the article.
