  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I use apple cider vinegar. 1 tablespoon raw organic apple cider vinegar to 3 tablespoons of warm water. Use a cotton ball or pad and wipe all over your face and neck. Rinse with warm water, occasionally I'll leave it on for 10-15min and then rinse. It works great and it's cheap. :)

My 14-year-old brother's dermatologist recommended a gentle cleanser to him like Purpose or Cetaphil, followed by a light moisturizer to help prevent acne. There's a popular website called Acne.Org that recommends a similar cleansing routine of a gentle cleanser, light moisturizer and then BP under 4%. They have product reviews so it might be a good place to check out.

I'm currently using an aloe vera and tea tree oil face wash from The Body Shop at night and Lush's Let the Good Times Roll for exfoliation twice a week. In the mornings I just pour some orange blossom or rose water (both are available for about $2.50 a bottle) on a cotton ball and slide it over my face after my run, then apply sunscreen.

I just use pretty much whatever's in the cabinet. I'm currently using Clean & Clear's Sensitive Skin Foaming Wash. I like it, it leaves my face very clean but not stripped.
