Fab 40s crazy silly random fellowship thread

Oh they had ham, fried chicken, turkey salad, cole slaw, lima beans, macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes, rolls and pie/cake. I had pecan pie it all was good.

My measly rice pilaf and hamburgers don't compare. Although I did manage to grab a quart of Chocolate Brownie ice cream. I guess I should be thankful for what the Lord has provided.

I have church in the morning then our Cantata is tomorrow night.

Well I would like to make it to church in the morning, but I have no idea if I am going to get there with sick kids. And also, I need to work on getting some writing done.

I'm not published. I wish. I mostly just do fanfic at the present time. Have ideas though for doing fiction at some point.

When I was in college (a few years ago) I had an excellent professor of Critical reading and thinking...he encouraged me to write. He liked all my papers and thought I'd do well. Maybe it's something I'll do when I retire.

You know I really enjoy it and I know that fanfic writers are often frowned upon, but hey it's a starting point. I truly am blessed with that creative talent.

I do better creating with my hands. I love to paint. I'm not the greatest by far but I enjoy the time spent on a piece...it relaxes me.

The dragons rise up from their beds

The elves shall dance, the dwarves can prance,
The hobbits drink the ale.
The Kings enthroned just scratch thier heads
And Queens: they all turn pale

The wizards cringe, the ents unhinge,
Gollum got the giggles.
In the forest dark and dank the
Spiders got the wiggles.

The stars and moon likely will swoon
Just then Mount Doom erupts.
What's the cause of all this trauma?

Naw! It is one of the 2 essential tools a woman can have. The other is WD-40!!! If it moves, and isn't supposed to, use Duct tape! If it doesn't move, and IS supposed to, you use WD-40!!!
