  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'm okay. Generally wake up with some stiffness.
Some mornings I get going quicker than others.
And somedays I don't move too much at all.

I pray everyone has a lovely day.
It is the first NON rain weekend here for a LONG time.

Thanks Mags My feet are feeling better today! Glad your fibro isn't too bad today

I just finished up my 11 year old daughter's birthday party...Whew, now I am beat but it was alot of fun

My mom always put on big wonderful birthday parties for us kids. Now that I'm doing it for my kids, I really appreciate the effort she put into. She would make things like PB sandwiches that looked like logging trucks and the cakes she made were always so good and had quarters wrapped in wax paper hidden in them. She knew how to do it good!!
