• CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Ezekiel Bread: Made with Human Dung

Ezekiel 4:9 Take thou also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentiles, and millet, and fitches, and put them in one vessel, and make thee bread thereof, [according] to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon thy side, three hundred and ninety days shalt thou eat thereof.

Ezekiel 4:10 And thy meat which thou shalt eat [shall be] by weight, twenty shekels a day: from time to time shalt thou eat it.

EZekiel 4:11 Thou shalt drink also water by measure, the sixth part of an hin: from time to time shalt thou drink.

Ezekiel 4:12 And thou shalt eat it [as] barley cakes, and thou shalt bake it with dung that cometh out of man, in their sight.

Ezekiel 4:15 Then said He unto me: Lo, I allow thee the dung of animals instead of that of man; therewith mayest thou prepare thy bread.

afterwards:

Wherefore my bowels shall sound like a harp for Moab, and mine inward parts for Kirharesh. (Isaiah 16:11

Ezekiel 4:12b,15 could mean that dried dung was to be used as the fuel for the fire by which the bread dough was to be baked or fried, just as still today "in many parts of the developing world, caked and dried cow dung is used as fuel" (Uses of Cow Dung).

Isaiah 16:11

Regarding the KJV of Isaiah 16:11, note that the original Hebrew words translated as "bowels" (H4578) and "inward parts" (H7130) can be translated as "heart" (Psalms 40:8b, Jeremiah 9:8b), in the sense of the figurative seat of emotions within a person. Isaiah 16:11 is referring to the (at that time) future great grief someone would feel over the desolation of once-proud Moab (Isaiah 16:6-14).
