I have been suffering from extreme back pain for a week and ask for your prayers in the name of Jesus Christ.

My sympathies, severe back pain is the worse. If you hurt your legs you can still move your upper body or if you hurt your arms you can still walk...with severe back pain it effects all of you. Praying that you back is totally healed and you are free from pain soon.

(I would try stretching your back, either by leaning backward with your hands on the back of your waist or by lying down on your stomach and raising your upper body up toward the ceiling. If this relieves the pain, muscle soreness in your back is to blame, which can be excruciating. If it makes it worse or you can't do the stretch, get thee to a doctor. Twisting exercises can help if it's just muscle soreness.)

Thank you that my back ist better and will be fully restored in the stripes of Jesus Christ he is healed!
