Based on real life experiences yesterday spending almost 10 hours walking over hill and dale in 100 degree sun:
These are the symptoms and I had all and still have some, especially the massive headache and about to take 20 million ibuprofen..(I will only take 2 or 3, don't worry ....)
symptoms of heat stroke:
The last one is the sun drunk and its bad...like stealing my moms bottle when I was 15 and guzzling it to see what it felt like..YUCK....
I actually thought I would see Daleks yesterday but they did not appear..I did see spots in front of my eyes though..usually cows moo at me and come up to the fences..yesterday they ran like a stampede as if scared. I think I had died and was a walking zombie then God put me back in my body, and the cows detected that phenomenon...

- Dizziness and light-headedness
- Lack of sweating despite the heat
- Red, hot, and dry skin
- Muscle weakness or cramps
- Nausea and vomiting
- Rapid heartbeat, which may be either strong or weak
- Rapid, shallow breathing
- Behavioral changes such as confusion, disorientation, or staggering
