That's a serious problem in and of itself. The dangers of Islamic immigration go far beyond terrorism.
The attack in Ankara was a mistake by the Kurds. The PKK is not Marxist ( Democratic confederalist with a strong focus on equality for example for women is better). But NATO and the EU regards them as terrorists. Though sympathetic to the cause of Kurdish nationalism I do not agree with terrorism.
calling it a mistake is like calling it work place violence.
call it what it is.
the work of evil people.
Why not islamists?
and opportunities also... The Western church has been indifferent or too frightened to deal with the plight of Muslims trapped in a false religion and failed cultures for way too long.
If the Christian will not go to Mohammed then bring Mohammed to the Christian.
Not even three posts in and the blame the victim crowd vomits in this thread. Reprehensible.
Good question. If they did kill him how would we know?God have mercy.
One bomb failed to explode. And one terrorist dropped his explosives and ran. I wonder if he's being hunted by his fellow ISIS members for backing out?
Oh man, touché.I've got to ask at which point in your plan do you invade Poland?
What happened to Ahmadiyyas? Honestly, I see little problem with them. Why aren't we inviting them in? They face persecution. Shias are a minority in many countries. And Ibadis, which are common in Oman. And finally there are the Sufis, who emphasize asceticism. There are 3 main types of Muslim. Jihadists (what we saw in Belgium), Islamists (Sharia supporters), and the Tolerable Muslims (anime & Oreo types with western values).
Neither jihadists nor islamists should be allowed into the west. Let them rot where they are.
I don't think it says that at all. I thought it clever considering the context, history, and the rhetoric which drew the response. At any rate, unlike most breaking of Godwin's, this time there was a direct connection to the reference. Subtle but obvious as it was.Touche indeed, nothing says, "I'm mentally unable to come up with an argument" like breaking Godwins law.
In an ad campaign that aired two months beforeTuesday’s terrorist attacks, the tourism department of Brussels ridiculed the notion that the city was violent or prone to terrorist violence.
The city set up a series of phones that people could call from all around the world and have everyday people in Brussels answer. “Did you see some people who are fighting with guns or bombs?” one caller asks.
“No!” the person who answered the phone laughs. “Oh my god, no way!”
“After Brussels was linked to terror plots, the international media portrayed the city as a warzone,” the ad read. “We wanted to change this perception with an honest answer.”
“Is it safe for this moment?” another caller asks.
“Of course it’s safe, it’s very safe,” the Belgian answers.
Sometimes fear can be a healthy thing.
