Because it is the task that God has given the husband to do, and not only this, but even though Satan desires to destroy us all, who was the first one that was attacked? and there are scriptures that elaborate on this premise. So I would say that the men are less vulnerable to certain influences, that is why God made them the Head.
I didn't misrepresent in my opinion. I knew what you were saying. My response is the same. In my opinion it's Bizaar to believe such a thing. And your further response makes even weirder. They legislate because of this, really? This whole idea is just wierd.

Yeah I know, dumb auto correct.
What reproductive, choices are you talking about? Abortion? If that's the case I am wondering if you are the one living in a box. That's about innocent life being snuffed out and has nothing to do with fear of women's reproductive power.
If you mean something else then let me know.
No matter what you consider those procedures to be, the fact remains that men have sought to legislate the reproductive choices that women may make, including abortion and a variety of other birth control procedures. You may agree with that legislation, you may agree that women should be prevented from making those decisions, but my point still stands. The legislative efforts of men to control women and their reproductive processes is a fact.
Come out of your box.......
.
Correct me,if I am wrong but I thought you said men and feared women's reproductive power and that's why they legislate choices.
The box you are in just won't let you see the truth. Men and women are pro-life and it has NOTHING to do with fear of women's power of reproduction.
It has everything to do with saving lives of innocent babies. If you haven't understood that by now you haven't been paying attention.
Correct. We tend to attack those things that we fear. There are many weak men who fear the power that women have to determine how, when and under what circumstances they will engage in sexual activity and to also make decisions about their reproductivity associated with that activity.
It used to be the case that women had little 'say' in those matters. They used to be the literal property of men and were totally under the control of those men with regard to the bearing of children. There are some frightened little men who long for those days of yore; they feel threatened by the current circumstances in which women are increasingly empowered to make those decisions for themselves.
It really is a classic phenomenon. As I have invited before, you should seek the advice of reputable psychologists. They will support much of what I say here.
So you say.
But you would be wrong.
You'd love us to believe that, wouldn't you?
When was the last time you volunteered to adopt a child of a woman considering abortion?
When was the last time you petitioned a politician to make it easier for young women to have access to efficient birth control?
When was the last time you protested a company that refuses its employees health coverage for birth control?
When was the last time you started action to improve the levels of poverty that impact so heavily on young pregnant women?
When was the last time you pushed for comprehensive sex education in your schools?
Any of those (and there are many more) would have a direct result of lowering the number of abortions each year. How many have you supported?
I have no issue with birth control. Much of what you claim is a straw man argument. Birth control is easily obtained these days and is often free. So being poor is no obstacle.
And I fully support methods that would help improve people's lives and get them out of,poverty. I just don't support the current popular methods because they haven't worked so far. Its time to try something else. Haven't you heard that doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result is insanity?
It's time for a,different approach.
I,would like you to prove you're claim that I am wrong about the pro life argument. Prove that our pro life argument is not based upon our concern for the, unborn baby and instead we are afraid of women's power of reproduction.
You made the claim that it was, about fear of women's power of,reproduction. You provide the evidence. I merely responded,to the claim you made. Once you can prove that's the case then I will do my part to prove your case, wrong. You first since you made the claim that men legislate out of fear.YOU make the claim, YOU provide the evidence.
