Explain what your signature is and why you chose it. Basically the "Explain Your Avatar" thread, but for your signature.

Mine is a quote from Neil deGrasse Tyson about science, I chose it because I recently watched his "Cosmos" series and loved it, and because I think it's a very wise and humble statement about science.

There was a HOLE here. it's gone now" these words are written at Neely's bar in the famous horror game silent hill 2. what do they mean? actually no one knows the creator of the game never explains it either. Personally i feel it refers to the hole in james life which is filled later in the game when mary forgives him.

I just sign it. With normal things it's just a legal mark.
For things with a little meaning it's a neater yet still just a legal signature.

I think mine is pretty obvious.

I just keep it up because the ladies worked hard to do the awards so I will leave it up probably til the end of the year or until I find something that I really want as my sig.....

Besides, it makes it easy to track down my last post in a thread and move to current posts.

I have signatures blocked so I do not know what mine says.

One of my favorites that I have seen lately is on a gun forum that I visit and it reads........."It's diameter is .277..........the number of the Beast".

Its a bullet diameter joke that only gun nuts would get I guess.

Well, I love the show The Newsroom, and Sam Waterston (who plays Charlie Skinner) looks like my grandpa who passed away in 1999. Also, that quotation reflects my approach to CF.

St Teresa is one of those saints who, when looking at quotes attributed to them, I feel overcome with fondness. This particular quote is a favourite of mine, so there's not a lot to explain.

If I could be as interesting as she appears to have been, then I would be blessed indeed.

Mine came from a joke about CIA or NSA ("Trust no one, monitor everybody")

I changed it a little bit because I love to analyze things from different perspectives to determine possible motives regarding a belief whether it's religious or not.

The Bible itself says a man's heart is deceptive above else. Even your own heart (the mind) deceives you. Be gentle as doves and wise as serpent. We can't afford to tolerate every belief or popular thing we come across. We have to scrutinize first.

My current signature depicts the image of the male and female knight from one of the best RPG games Squaresoft ever made, Final Fantasy Tactics. The image of the male knight is something I strive for, while the lady knight quite well suits my image of the kind of woman I hope to fall in love with one day. The words below the image are simply my own.

Mine is an excerpt from Hebrews, just cause I really like that verse and it's worth remembering that He's promised not to forsake us. And also a Latin phrase I read in a book: Recte Age Nil Time. It means: "Do Right Fear Nothing".

My signature is my myers-briggs personality profile and a quote from Luther and Spurgeon. Why are they there? Simple, I like the quotes and I have found them to be true. As for the personality profile, I just find them fascinating so I threw it in.
