Exhortation against preparation

Days of the [Manifest Sons and Daughters] are coming.
[Greater works] than Jesus,
[The world will know us by the love we have for each other],
[The wealth of the wicked will be laid up for the just],
A church will spring forth, [which before was not a church], the holy ones of god.
[Pray that my people be willing in the day of my power]
[Behold I do a new thing] [Will you see it?]

There is no room for hiding, you need to begin preparing yourselves for the coming great days. These days will be great, but notably, peaceful for Christians, and so you must use these peaceful days to prepare the church to withstand the evil days.

The preppers have a zeal for safety for their family, turn it over to a zeal for making safe the church to withstand the days of evil.

I don't get it. Why do anti-preppers just assume preppers are carnal and worldly?

The Church is the people of the families of the believers in Jesus Christ. . . I have a hard time understanding a post which by its title would seem to discourage prepping, but then encourages prepping and wraps with a self contradictory statement.

What would making safe the church mean if we aren't to make the church safe?

I think the OP had best of intentions. It is just a case of preaching to the choir.
