I pray for @RileyG Lord, please help him. I pray he sinks into that bed and gets some sleep. And I pray for his rising with vigor, I pray for his help and peace and strength. He is trying so hard and struggling so well that he needs a blessing to further him. Please do something to give him hope that Riley is making progress, that he can and the workload will not last forever. In Jesus Name

I am sorry your workload is proving to be too much. Do you have a boss of some sort? Are you able to have him/her reassign some of your work to someone else temporarily until you can catch up on things? Or maybe that won't be appreciated? I know some employees don't appreciate the extra work. You have to test the waters so to speak and see.

You are right. I am autistic too and if we overwork ourselves we can experience "burnout," so to speak. Our energy levels go really low and we have to take naps.

I've always heard that autistic people need more downtime than normal people do.

We all have work. We all have things we need to do. Even me.

I’m in retail and find some people bossy and overwhelming. It eventually takes a toll on me. I just need a mental break.
