Exercise for 40's.

Well, you guys could help me cut a couple cords of firewood... great exercise!!

Strange as it might sound....I would actually rather do that than do crunches, situps etc. You would just have to stay in a very safe distance, cause I have no upper body strength and the ax might go flying.

I'll bite! I haven't done that in probably 25 years, but I'm open to trying again. Just need to find my axe proof outfits cuz I'm sure I'm not far from Rosey's response. lol

Hi Kristen....last night I ate some Brewsters icecream. Felt absolutely horrible afterwards. My gastric bypass tool still works. Today I am staying as far away from anything with sugar. I forgot how horrible that pain was since things hadn't been affecting me lately.

Today is a fresh start. Took my vitamins, ate my oatmeal and will be exercising tonight with Richard Simmons.

I should be following a somewhat diabetic diet that is high in protein, very low in sugar.

Walking; that's my main deal.
I love to walk around my neighborhood and look at everyone's pretty yards and get ideas and such.

Until it gets hotter than the dickens out and then that's over until the fall.
