  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

That's a tough one I loved the architecture in Detroit, relaxing in Santa Monica but probably NYC. I loved the pizza, the crowds, Central Park and the Museum of Natural History. But I don't think I could live there for a long time. No beaches. :)
For a single location? The Rock in NYC. We had lots of fun in the room that had lights following us around.

Only 3 books?
Magician by Raymond E. Feist, first read it in 6th grade and just loved it.
Letters to Children by C.S. Lewis. He never talks down to the kids and treats them with genuine warmth and affection.
Andersen's Fairy Tales. Simply, beautifully written but poignant tales.

For clothes? Hmm. I'm going to assume more than a single item (when I replace clothes) or underwear/socks. I can't actually remember. Is that bad?

No I haven't read the little prince, at least when I checked the title on wikipedia it didn't ring a bell. I might have though, I've forgotten a lot of books. Looks interesting but a little quirky.

No I haven't. Never really felt the urge to read The Prince and had never heard of Fredericks Instructions. I might have to read it and see how it compares with the more well known Art of War.

What's the best thing about Australia ?

It is surprising how much thought and introspection this question engendered in me. The best thing about Australia is my family. But I know wherever I am, wherever I end up, that my family is by my side. So I guess that doesn't really count.

So I thought about all the advantages to living in Australia, most of which I have described elsewhere. But I think the best thing about Australia is its uniqueness. Starting with being an island continent inhabited by a single country. Climate covering a huge variety, tropical rainforests, temperate rainforests, desert, massive underground cave complexes, uluru and the olgas.
Then there is the wildlife. platypus, echindas huge range of birds and insects not found anywhere else. It really is a marvel. That said, I could leave it all without hesitation if I was called to go elsewhere.

Who do I look up to the most? You mean aside from the Trinity. I think Peter is a really good biblical figure to look up to, he screwed up a few times and still continued out doing God's work. Other than that I don't really look up to anyone as a habit. I admire what my father has done, but I also seek to improve on it.

It was tea because I never drank coffee, at the moment though it's more coffee, of a particular brewing method.

Does sleeping count? I enjoy driving, or playing computer games (which I do more than reading) but I want to get into shape and do skating again. That was the best past time.

My favourite? I don't really have one. Each time I go for a drive I try to go somewhere different. Usually near water though. Even if I don't go in the water just watching the surf crash on the shore is nice and soothing.

It comes from working in the gardening section of a department store when younger.
Thank you Yates Gardening guide.

What happened to my avatar? I removed it like the pipe dream it is. I can't exist in a vacuum.

I love plants, but I wish I knew more about them.

It was a beautiful avatar.
