EXAMS!

Ugh...
Just horribly, horribly failed my Physics exams today. I'm going to need a miracle to get into my first choice Uni now! Although, with any luck, I'll have only missed out by a grade. We'll see.

had 4 exams yesterday (2 business studies, General Studies and Physics) had to have overnight supervision and another one today(Physics)!

im knackered now so im doing no revision today - just relaxing!

1st Choice is King's College London.
2nd is Aberystwyth. Totally other end of location spectrum, in the middle of nowhere as it is, but an excellent Uni for what I want to do.

MY EXAMS ARE OVER!! todays maths exam didnt go too well, but it'll do! i felt quite down about it earlier but im just generally feeling run down and teary today, combination of hormones, exams and lack of sleep!

My first exam today of 6. It was awful, silly History. I spent too long on one question so different have enough for one that was worth 10 more marks. Ah well.
Got two more tomorrow

Its a good idea to work out at the beginning how many minutes you have per mark, usually 1or2. Then every now and again see how long you've been doing the exam and how many marks you've answered. That'll give you an idea whether you need to speed up or if you could slow down. On long essay type answers stop after the allocated time and leave some space. It makes it a tad easier i find!

I know, but the problem was that I got way to excited on one question and just carried on writing and writing because I knew the right answer really well.

Yeah, feeling a little better today. History exam this morning went fine, and I've now only got three left!
Sorry to hear that you didn't like the History aLx, although you probably do a different topic to us, right? Still, I'm sure it'll be fine in the end! (If only I listened to my own advice... )

I had History on Monday. We do 4 topics

-America before and after Civil War (causes, Winning the west, slaves)
-Britain between 1867-1918 (Welfare reforms, voting reforms, trade unions, rise of Labour)
-Origins of Communisn, foriegn and economic policy.
-Origins of Fascism (specifacally Nazism), foriegn and economic policy.

Communism and Nazism was hard. Britain and US was a bit easier. Still not very nice. I'm just glad its over.

2 more exams tomorrow...then I'm done for good! I had my last ever lesson today!
