A few notes here.
1.) One person making a handful of verbal gaffs doesn't disprove evolution.
Comments like "you can make anything out of anything" aren't evolutionary, actually. There are actually some things that evolution wouldn't produce (if bacteria developed into a fully-fledged Boeing 747 in a hanger in Seattle in literally any length of time, I think that everyone alive would be incredibly shocked, because it's not in the nature of evolution to produce things like that).
His "the fossil record does/doesn't prove evolution" thing is probably just a misstatement, although I can't get into his brain. It seems like, in the second clip, he's saying that the fossil record itself is not the main basis for evolution. It isn't. It does provide strong evidence, though, which is what he seems to be saying in the first clip.
2.) From more of a Christian standpoint, insinuating that an "evo-cultist" is snorting drugs, then mocking him with a section from a vulgar cartoon intended to reject and belittle the mentally challenged is outright immoral. Even if you disagree with someone, there's a basic principle of charity to follow, and whoever made this video isn't doing so.
