Haha, indeed. Well spotted!Nothing more?
Why, I would agree with your description. Evolution is not always efficient. It is not intuitive. It has to work with what was there previously. That can make it convoluted and unnecessarily complicated.
But, like these funny machinations... it works.
So you are, for once, correct.
Other then the most simple single celled organisms everything is there because it evolved. So evolution for the most part has to work with what it created. It has to work with what was there previously.

Not really?Hmmm... AV1611, I get the distinct impression you aren't even trying anymore. Just a pointless quip, here and there.
I think anyone with any logic are any real understanding of biology has already concluded evolution as fact.
A great example of evolution right in front of our eyes within our lifetime is the flu strain. Evolution of influenza - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
It's funny how there are some people out there will get flu shots throughout their lives and still not admit evolution as fact. For science/shots have to keep up with the evolution of the influenza.
ouch, you got me thereBut... but... but... it's still influenza! It hasn't changed into cats or unicorns or university professors! That's only microevolution! We want to see viruses give birth to cats and unicorns and university professors (at the same time!) before we start to accept the religious idea of macroevolution!

I don't think being an overwrought product of evolutionary tinkering and being self-organising are mutually exclusive...AV have you heard of the "stucturalist" Kauffman, and his computerised Random Boolean Networks which have been proposed as models for genetic molecular networks?
He has written "Most biologists, heritors of the Darwinian tradition, suppose that the order of ontogeny is due to the grinding away of a molecular Rube Goldberg machine, slapped together piece by piece by evolution. I present a countering thesis: most of the beautiful order seen in ontogeny is spontaneous, a natural expression of the stunning self organisation that abounds in very complex regulatory networks".
Quoted in this book.
You may want to get a refund on your tuition.Evolution is nothing more than a Rube Goldberg cartoon.
Yep, still here to to it's ability to adapt, change. i.e. evolve. It's still the flu.
uh oh, another grammar policeman here to bring up typing errors to avoid a legitimate response! And if you're sincere about your tagline, your first sentence -- the one about logic -- doesn't make sense.
Are you a deist?
It's still the flu.

So does creationism, so please don't call what we predict 'religion' and what you predict 'science' and expect us to agree.Yes, just as the theory of evolution predicts.

They consider any change to be evidence for evolution. The world is filled with change. Lot of people change their underware at least once a day. Is that evolution?
