And your refutation to that is: Why are criminals being exonerated now that DNA evidence has shown that what the prosecution claimed happened really did NOT happen?
First understand the argument. Then respond to it.

No, forensic evidence is extremely useful for convicting people too. There was a murder case in my area where due to improvements in DNA technology a man was put away ten years after he killed a woman. He was a suspect at the time of the murder but due to a lack of evidence he was not charged. People are not just exonerated with forensic evidence.

It was claimed that forensic evidence is used as evidence of a crime. I responded by saying that the Bible is used as evidence of God. The point of the argument is that just because something is used as evidence does not mean that the evidence is good or valid. It is not an argument that God exists, that I believe in God, or that the Bible is good evidence of God's existence.
So please... stop with the knee-jerk I-hate-Bible-thumpers posts.

The Bible consists of two testaments (wills).
I would assume if their wills were locked up in probate like they lock God's up with their science, their next of kins would be having a cow.
