Is not society evolving to a more socially conservative model since there are more children from social conservative parents than social liberal parents?

I would say no, since:

A) The nature of people is to explore and test their limits, so many of these
children of social conservatives may become social liberals to counter their parents
or to forge their own identity. Furthermore, nature abhors a vacuum, so the more
liberal conservatives will become the new liberals if the current liberals are eliminated.
Your proposition depends on someone being one or the other. There are gradations
not only between people, but within people.

B) You forgot the distirbution of wealth. Is Nebraska a more economically powerful
state than California? And which is liberal or conservative? Simply because there's
more conservatives does not mean they have the most resources to establish or
defend their point of view.

I'd say society is going to stay the course and have two opposing ends, with people
ranging in between. All that will change is the actual issues.
