I understand.

Matthew 21:23 And when he was come into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came unto him as he was teaching, and said, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority?
24 And Jesus answered and said unto them, I also will ask you one thing, which if ye tell me, I in like wise will tell you by what authority I do these things.
25 The baptism of John, whence was it? from heaven, or of men? And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say unto us, Why did ye not then believe him?
26 But if we shall say, Of men; we fear the people; for all hold John as a prophet.
27 And they answered Jesus, and said, We cannot tell. And he said unto them, Neither tell I you by what authority I do these things.

No, you were asking a loaded question, and a very disingenuous one by thinking that evolution is linked to abortion, even though abortion has been around since the dawn of civilization.

Not in this case.

"Child" came before "fetus," and I'll always make that point when I have to.

Even if I was pro-abortion, my Biblical discipline would require me to say "child" came first.

What's so "very disingenuous" about that?

I think even Aron Ra would agree with me on this point.

Evolution is linked to atheism which is linked to abortion.
even though abortion has been around since the dawn of civilization.
So has stealing, rape and murder. Human sacrifice was common too, so that must be okay too.

Except that child didn't come before fetus, because a child and a fetus are two different things with two clear meanings, no matter what you believe.

Do you agree with this definition of fetus:

Fetus: an unborn offspring of a mammal, in particular an unborn human baby more than eight weeks after conception.

Yes.

Do you agree with this definition of child: a young human being below the age of puberty or below the legal age of majority.

It can't explain how novel body plans and novel organs can arise. It is contradicted by the Cambrian explosion.
The theory is thought by its proponents to provide satisfactory answers to those phenomena, whether you are aquainted with them or not--but that doesn't answer my question.

As with all scientific theories, the theory of evolution is only accepted provisionally pending new evidence. It does not pretend to offer exhaustive absolute truth. Why is that a problem for you?

Are you pro-choice?
Unfortunately, yes, although I am opposed to abortion. At the present time, "pro choice" is the only politically viable alternative to the misogynistic excesses of the Christian Right.

Yes, of course it is, but that doesn't answer my question.

Observation: A chimp uses a rock to crack open a nut, which is survival advantage.
Prediction: A chimp will one day build a Large Hadron Collider.
Conclusion: The prediction is unreasonable and almost certainly a fantasy.
They knew about decent with modification long before they discovered DNA. They suspected we were closely related to the chimpanzee long before they analysed the genome.
Evolutionary tests with bacteria have predicted that the bacteria would evolve in certain ways, would adapt to a change in environment and this proved to be true.

Evolution is linked to atheism which is linked to abortion.

Then why aren't abortion numbers linked to increased education?

So has stealing, rape and murder. Human sacrifice was common too, so that must be okay too.

No, just that it would also be wrong to blame them on a scientific theory codified in the 19th century.

What amazes me is how often cultural Marxists are oblivious to the fact that they're cultural Marxists, and how ignorant they are of where their sacred cows come from.
I've also noticed that cultural Marxism is the official religion of Western atheists. They worship the Great False God of Equality, just as Communists do.
Oh, cultural Marxism (I had to look it up). Yeah, it's got little to do with real (Marx's) Marxism; apparently, it's a racist dog-whistle for right-wingers who want to play the victim, based on a paranoid conspiracy theory (that Jews that fled to the US from the Nazis plotted to destroy traditional Christian values and overthrow free enterprise by promoting feminism, multiculturalism, gay rights and atheism). It was also the excuse for Anders Breivik's mass killing spree in Norway...

Now I see where you're coming from... I didn't realise there was a Catholic wing.

Doesn't say much about the Northern, Southern and Eastern Atheists who are up in arms for being left out.
