No, no, the Bible is always right, except when it is wrong. But then it is the writer's fault and the Bible is still right anyway. It can tell you that the crucifixion was at 3:00 PM and at 6:00 PM and be correct for both. There could have been 700 men and 7,000 men fighting at a battle. Different people could have shown up at the tomb at different times, even though one of those people was always there and they may have see one or two men or angels. None of these contradict each other since they are in the Bible.

Then how do you explain the vastly different dates given by different layers? Could it be that there is a layer found worldwide that is NOT caused by the flood? If so, how do you determine which layers were caused by the flood and which weren't?

While I'm aware of all that, I'm WAY too lazy to. I used to be a mod and dealt with stuff like that. I always thought, "that's a WHOLE lot of trouble to post on a forum" and truth be told, no one I ever suspected of being a sock from post type ever had zero matches for IP.
