No, that would not even be related! No one posits some change IN this present state or IT"S decay rates. Get a handle on this. So..if a past was a different (not tweaked same state)--how could you know? In what way can your claim it was the same be proven false exactly? Remember that no change IN this state would do it.They most certainly can be. Disagreement between different isotope pairs would be one falsification.

Obscure Biblical theologians such as the Apostle Paul, Augustine, and more recent fundamentalists like Francis Schaefer.
