Surely, even a 1st generation punst like Adam can understand something as simple as 'Sun = Light, Light = Day'.

It's rather obvious that if Adam was anything like you he would Not have understood. Yes Sun = light as it is today only in the fact that the sun produces light. Pick up a physics book I'm not going to explain. To say that the sun=light is like saying a generator=electricty. Electricity existed BEFORE generators yet generators produce it. I'm sorry to say I'm not smart enough to generalize the terms of how light had to be be created first before the sun. I explain it to myself in such terms. The idea, the concept of light has to be in place first before a Sun can be born. Plain and simple. wihtout light there would be nothing emitting from "a ball of exploding/imploding gas".

I didn't say all evolution takes faith to believe in. I said it takes faith to believe that Humans Evolved the ability to think freely to make choices to inquire upon our surroundings and to feel something so absurd as love takes faith.

I don't know why I bother no one will change their line of thinking from anything that is said on these boards, yet that is what we are all trying to accomplish in one way or another. When someone argues ehre, they just refute what is said and say how its different from what they know.

Before anyone says im contradicting myself, let me explain I'm giving the benefit of the doubt and hoping that what was meant by sun = light is that it produces light. The second part im picking apart the absolute statement that is generally meant by an ' = '

I'm not asking for 100% certainty... I'm asking for something that is in ANY way logical. Yes... bubbles form... bubbles are not cells. Bubbles popping does NOT count as reproduction. A buble will NEVER evolve into a duck... no matter how many bubbles pop.

Out of the links I've seen it's been a bunch of 'proteins and lipids can form under perfect circumstances... so... cells just floated together... and... then... animated... by themselves.

Am I wrong? I've heard some theories as to how they animated... I'd like to hear yours.

No, I'm not someone of any importance... you don't HAVE to explain it to me... but if you're going to have a conversation... you should be involved in it too. You can't just say "ScIEnCE RoxxzOrZ!" and have it be reality... it has to have some sort of logic... abiogenisis does not. Autobiogenisis has never been given any sort of explaination that is in any way likely... if I'm wrong... correct me.

Don't just say "google it" ... Go out... learn the material, come back and write your own summery on how it happened. I've done that much already... if you want to be part of the conversation you can too. If you don't want to GIVE YOUR SIDE OF THE STORY... then don't bother posting saying I'm wrong... at least I'm throwing something out there.

However, I've been through this so many times and always, literally always, saw that my "opposition" either ignored the whole request, ignored the vital point in the stuff I pointed to, or just said "Uh?" (that was often the only honest response... )... there comes a point when you simply aren't willing to waste more time with people who in all likelihood will just not care.
If you really care about knowing the truth, you will research the topics in question. From what I read from you so far, it's painfully clear that you didn't do that so far. The ball is in your court. Go thee out and use it.

Don't you feel any need to go out and learn about that which you wish to debate?

I think it is perfectly valid to ask you to do some of the work yourself.

You're a grown up you shouldn't need spoonfeeding information.

If you wish to debate a problem that you perceive with evolutionary theory or a related topic it helps if you know what you are talking about.

If you just want information, ask and often you will be told, Shinbits has started to go down this path recently, which is nice, I've no doubt he hasn't changed his views but it makes the debate less infuriating if both sides are informed.

Sorry, but considering that you made the point that you've been studying all that stuff for so long, I think that you're first to show what you've learned. So far I haven't seen anything coming from you that demonstrates any amount of knowledge worth mentioning.
Unless "studying", in your case, means "reading creationist/ID propaganda junk".

Combine that with the sad fact that there are many people running around out there who claim "I'm a PhD / student of science / high school science teacher *cough cough*" et cetera, even though everything they post reveals that they are totally ignorant, and you should understand why I cannot just take your word for it.
