Ever thought about not leaving your house/apt if you could?

If I could work at home, have the groceries delivered and other things delivered to my door I would prob stay here where it feels safe...no traffic, no crowds, no screaming kids or lines to worry about.

I would still have my car for one off situations or emergencies but I would prefer to stay here

Yes, I feel that way and often do it. I feel safe at home with my dog, no one can hurt me here. I am on disability and don't like to go around people very often because I get flashbacks very easily and end up a mess. So I escape from the hurt and insensitivity of people. I do buy groceries but a lot at one time and I do walk my dog and take her to the park.

ALL the time. To be honest, even grocery shopping is a challenge most days.

I feel like that sometimes. I could find enough things to do at home. It's nice if you have a backyard with lots of flora & fauna too ... you feel connected to everything in nature & there's a sacred sense of peace.
