Ever have to remind yourself?

That life just isn't fair? I find myself having to do that these last couple of days...and then be glad that it isn't fair. It is so much easier to look at how good others have it (or so we think) and not how much we actually do have and that others don't have!

Especially when it comes to being single. We have some great things! But of course some of us want to be with someone else too, so that can get hard at times. Got to stay positive and stay focused on what really matters.

God is good. That's all I have to remind myself. I hope that you are blessed for staying positive and focused on what really matters.

And He sat down opposite the treasury and watched the people putting money into the offering box. Many rich people put in large sums. And a poor widow came and put in two small copper coins, which make a penny. And He called His disciples to Him and said to them, “Truly, I say to you, this poor widow has put in more than all those who are contributing to the offering box. For they all contributed out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty has put in everything she had, all she had to live on.” Mark 12:41-44

That post is very old, and if I remember correctly, she reported that things turned out well for her. It took some years for that turnaround to happen.
