Even if!

So I would like to start a CF wide testimonial/declaration of sorts, based around this scripture and song. The idea is give any testimony you can, and then make an "EVEN IF" statement declaring faith in God.

“Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego replied to him, “King Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselves before you in this matter. If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to deliver us from it, and he will deliver us from Your Majesty’s hand. But EVEN IF he does not, we want you to know, Your Majesty, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.””

I will start:

I am a father of 5, 2 are dead, 2 are autistic and some days it is a struggle to even pretend to believe. I myself still have issues with PTSD & depression. My finances have suffered massively due to my mental issues. My faith tells me that Yahweh is mighty to save. That he has the ability to see and provide as Yahweh Yireh. That as Yahweh Ropheka he can certainly set my children free and loose my chains.

My experience has been through many years, crying, anguish, heart wrenching prayers they are still caught in the thickets of this thing. My finances have not gotten better, as I am unable to keep a job due to my mentality that I still struggle with from time to time.

But EVEN IF God does not ever break through on my behalf, I choose to believe he is still God. That he is still in control, and that he still loves me with a love that transcends all understanding.

I feel guilty to have had a much easier time of it than BTS. Praise the Lord, he has such strong faith despite his circumstances.
I've ignore God for too long. Thinking I can manage just fine without Him. But is high time, I be utterly dependant on Him.
Even if my partner dies first, I want Him to give me the strength and faith to go on.

God always comes to my rescue at the 11th hour, 59 minutes and 59 seconds--one second before disaster! It used to freak me out! It still freaks my wife out! Yet, I trust Him because He always comes through. Although, right at the living end!

At this current time, I am nearly broke. My wife and I followed God's lead and moved back to Maui. We have not gotten jobs yet. 4 years ago I started to suffer from a very rare disorder that either leaves me disabled or, just drives me nuts! That 11,59,59 is coming fast and I say, Stand and watch the deliverance of the Lord, it will be spectacular!!!
