I've heard a lot about it. How does it compare to Starcraft? Not to show my age, but the only "space" game I've really enjoyed lately is Galactic Imperator.

It's way better than Starcraft, but also a bit different genre. There are so many different jobs you can do such as mining, pvp, missions, bounty hunting, pirating, incursions, manufacturing, marketing, etc... It's pretty detailed and someone who has been playing for a few months can win a fight with a three year old toon if there ship is set up better.
