The scentence in bold is really all that got through to me. That makes sense. But I also agree that evolution is just an idea, it's a theory a concept. But the bible is proof. Even if you don't choose to believe most of the events are from eye whitness accounts, most importantly the account of Jesus Christ and His words and actions. These people abviously had no reason what so ever to lie about what they had heard and seen, in fact you'd almost expect the, to lie in the wake of what they'd faced. If God didn't date the world and Jesus told us not to worry about geneology then why do we?

Is there really a solid way to calculate how old the earth using the bible? If not then why do we worry about it as christians?

You take it as a chance to polish and to calibrate your faith. That is the point.

God is still talking to me.
Is this a good answer?
I don't think you understood the question. If you're a deist then it's not God who's speaking to you. (maybe you should go and see a doctor about those voices you're hearing!)

You do not understand my answer:

If I hear God, then I am not a deist, according to you. (You never give me an acceptable definition of deism).

By the way, I feel you do not have a good idea on how to hear God. Find it out. It is scientific, so it is not hard.

Your answers rarely make sense so that's not surprising.
If I hear God, then I am not a deist, according to you. (You never give me an acceptable definition of deism).
You gave us your position earlier and it was a nailed-on definition of deism, do I need to remind you of it?
By the way, I feel you do not have a good idea on how to hear God. Find it out. It is scientific, so it is not hard.
Your 'feelings' have been shown to be quite incorrect so far so I'm not suprised you are wrong again. God has indeed made himself known through nature, yet people were able to 'hear' God long before our modern pursuit of science arose.
