ESO file size?

Could someone please confirm the size of the ESO (Elder Scrolls Online) client. I've just started the download, saying that, it was roughly 7/8 hours ago, paused in the middle, so running for about 4/5 hours and it's downloaded 16%.
At the beginning it said it was roughly 22 gig! Can anyone confirm this as it's huge for a standard game let alone a client for an online one.

The size of my ESO folder is 31.6 Gigs.

Thanks for the confirmation, luckily I have more than enough space What I didn't realise was that it effectively downloads the whole game not just the client.
