Charlie drowned...

So Jack's "flashback" was actually the future! Why does he want to go back? And who died which made him want to jump off the bridge?

I don't know, should I be feeling more excited about this finale, because honestly I'm not.

It sure sent Jack in a down spiral,

Go Hurly!!! even when He was thrice rejected by his "friends" he came through, that was the best part to me.

Locke saw Walt? or Jacob as Walt or the Island trying to keep itself hid.

Clearly we weren't supposed to know.....

... who died in the future/flash, I guess because it was someone on the island who got off with them and died back in the real world and Cuseloff don't want us to know who made it off the island.

At least, who made it off the island in that version of reality. I think this has to be the same as Desmond's future/flashes -- just one version of what might happen. Like, everyone died on the flight, vs. everyone lived on an island and then made it back home, vs. everyone lived on the island and was lost to the real world forever. One picture of Des and Penny vs. two pics, Desmond in the military and jail vs. Desmond breaking up with Penny prematurely. Multiple realities, somewhere on the space-time continuum.

This episode blew my mind.

Hurley rocks and is now, and forever will be, my favorite Lostie (after Vincent, who made a cameo appearance, yay! )

Best line of the night: If you say, "Live together, die alone, Jack, I'll punch you in the face."
